General Terms By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Crestpoint Technical LLC provides technology integration and consulting services in the Reno/Tahoe area.

Payment Terms

• Invoices: Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a project contract.

• Credit Card Convenience Fee: A 2.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

• ACH/Cash Discount: We offer a 3% discount on the total project labor/hardware for payments made via ACH, check, or cash.

• ACH Limit: On eligible invoices, ACH fees are capped at $10.00.

Service Plans & Subscriptions Service plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no prorated refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability Crestpoint Technical LLC is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers, power outages, or "acts of God." We provide a [1-year] limited warranty on our installation labor; hardware is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
